Description
Construction Our client, a regional housing contractor is currently recruiting for a Assistant Estimator to work on a number of contracts & frameworks within the Yorkshire Regions.
Office Location:
Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, including materials, labour, and plant.
Review project specifications and understand project requirements.
Maintain and update cost databases.
Assist in preparing bid proposals and other documentation required for project bids.
Support senior estimators and the commercial function generally with tasks as required.
Bachelor's degree or BTEC Diploma, or currently studying towards in construction related qualification.
