We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our growing team.

As a User Researcher at WithU, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' behaviours, needs, and preferences.

Your insights will drive the development of user-focused fitness technology solutions that enhance the fitness journey for millions of users around the world.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and more.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to identify research goals and objectives.
Define research questions, create research plans, and choose appropriate research methodologies to address user needs and product goals.
Recruit and engage with research participants, ensuring diverse and representative user samples.
Collect and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user insights and pain points.
Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that inform product improvements.
Create detailed research reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Advocate for usercentered design principles and contribute to a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to user research

Requirements:

Proven experience as a User Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your research work.
Proficiency in various user research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with agile development processes and iterative design.
Experience working in the fitness or health technology industry is a plus.
A passion for fitness and wellness is a significant advantage
