    Job Title: Oracle Data Conversion Lead - HCM & Payroll

    Job Summary:
    We are working with the world's largest IT Services firm who are looking for an Oracle Data Conversion Lead to drive data migration and conversion activities for Oracle Fusion Projects. Utilise your expertise in converting master and transactional data for Business Objects in Oracle Cloud Applications, focusing on HCM and Payroll. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and lead ETL activities to support successful Oracle Fusion implementations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define data migration requirements and strategies.
    • Design and execute data conversion processes from Legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
    • Develop data mapping documents, cleansing procedures, and conversion scripts.
    • Lead ETL activities using Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar tools.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
    • Create and execute test plans for data validation and reconciliation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues.
    • Document processes, procedures, and best practices.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Extensive experience in data conversion and migration, preferably with Oracle Fusion projects.
    • Proficiency in data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar tools.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Conversion processes.
    • Expertise in converting data for HCM and Payroll in Oracle Cloud Applications.
    • Familiarity with FBDI, ADFdi, REST API, VBAFE.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines effectively.

    Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
