    Position: HR Business Partner (Children's Residential)

    Location: Lufton

    Gross annual pay: £47, + Car Allowance

    As HR Business partner, you will partner closely with stakeholders across our Childrens Services Divisions to provide impartial and consistent advice. To provide Human Resources support and guidance in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will have a solid understanding of UK Employment Law and be comfortable communicating to all levels of seniority.

    You will undertake a variety of projects such as staff surveys, engagement, wellbeing, HR process and procedure.

    This role will hold a generalist remit including employee relations, succession, restructuring, TUPE as well as other HR projects.

    You will work closely with and develop strong relationships with other support functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Finance, Payroll & IT.

    In this role you will join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting. You will share the same unified goal to actively enable each and every one of the children and young people in our care to achieve their own personal best
