    About the Role:

    You'll help manage relationships with The Association's specifically allocated learning partners. You will create dialogue directly with the learning partners to support them and the relationship programmes team to improve the progression of students to membership and with an emphasis on supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will report to the Director – Relationship Programmes, and this is a remote role.

    You Will:

    · Contribute to the successful execution of partner working groups between the Association and learning partners and deliver learning for students working towards CGMA exams. The team members include marketing, sales, data, and exam teams. You will provide data-driven solutions to shared issues affecting student engagement in learning, examination participation, and examination performance.

    · You'll also contribute the successful execution of account management relationships with an agreed list of specific training providers. Help diffuse any partner conflict and improve the strength of the relationship with the external learning partners, building trust, sharing insight and increasing flow through students taking and passing exams.

    • Support the Finance Leadership Programme contract execution and monitoring process, including an evaluation of the learning partners' performance against pass rates and any performance measures listed in the contract.
    • Assist the learning partners with their requests, such as obtaining pre-seen case study documents, exam reports, results.
    • Maintain a list of all active learning provider accounts, with volumes, and contact details, in Salesforce.
    • Maintain an account management best practice library and log/group main issues faced by the learning providers and present insight quarterly.
    • Attend the CIMA STUDY quarterly meetings with an external party help complete any action points.
    • Disseminate new syllabus/blueprint information and attend meetings with learning partners.
    • Assist in the 'sign up' of new training providers on the apprenticeship pathway.
    • Support the operational implementation of any strategy change which specifically affects a learning provider. Main role being the communication of the changes to the learning provider.
    • Support the successful fulfilment of any learning provider request that involves other internal team.
    • Document student volumes/pipeline for nominated accounts and aid the development of action plans to address areas of pipeline concern.
    • Extract and disseminate data across various areas of the exams function.

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in successful partner relationship/account management.
    • CGMA (or equivalent) qualification is desirable but not essential.
    • An understanding of the accountancy sector or work experience with the learning partners.
    • Experience using CRM system – Salesforce.
    • Experience and technical understanding operating in a project management environment's.
