    We would like to speak with Property Managers based in Newcastle about this opportunity Ideally, you will have experience in residential and commercial property management, but if you have experience in either, we would still really like to speak with you

    This firm provides property and business consultancy services across Northern England and Southern Scotland. They have a team of 80+ that operates from six offices providing innovative solutions for clients across the residential, commercial, rural, and development sectors.

    What you will be doing

    If you have the current experience, you will be:

    1. Dealing with both residential and commercial property management
    2. Delivering the best service to landlord clients, tenants, contractors, and internal contacts
    3. Ensuring continuity of business and an excellent reputation in the market by going the extra mile
    4. Proactively managing problematic situations to the satisfaction of all parties
    5. Ensuring compliance with strict lettings legislation and company policies at all times
    6. Dealing with all aspects of property management, from compiling inventories to dealing with day-to-day repairs, insurance claims, receiving and remitting rents, processing and payment of invoices, arrears, check-outs, and deposit disputes
    7. Taking part in business activities to promote the business in the wider community
    8. Maintaining excellent relationships with reliable contractors

    What you will have

    • Previous Property Management Experience, in residential, commercial so ideally both
    • Superb organizational and communication skills
    • The ability to prioritize a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
    • A full UK driving license and own car for work
    • The drive and dedication to maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues, and contractors
