    We will provide you with the fundamental sales skills, product knowledge and understanding of our clients that you need to get off to the best start, but you must be self-motivated and be able to independently get to grips with the role.

    Learn about a specialist and niche type of insurance and develop market knowledge with the opportunity to develop into a broker and begin a long-term career within insurance.

    Cavendish Munro, a Lloyd's broker based near Tower Hill specialising in providing Professional Indemnity insurance to a wide range of businesses, including architects, solicitors, and surveyors.

    On a day to day you'll be?
    Calling a mixture of warm and cold leads to attempt to convert them to Leads for our New Business broking team
    You will be expected to make a high-volume of outbound calls on a daily basis to prospect clients
    Developing rapport over the phone with customers and clients
    Specialising and developing knowledge of professional indemnity insurance

    Your Experience
    You will need some get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm
    You will need experience in fast paced tele-sales environments with the ability to make a high-volume of outbound calls
    You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused.
    To be successful in this position you should have an outgoing personality, coupled with an excellent telephone manner as this is a telephone-based position
    Minimum six months sales experience
    Punctuality, reliability with a hard working attitude
    Someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys talking on the phone
    Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
