- Manage and oversee the Compliance cost base, including regular reporting to stakeholders, forward projections and management of regular third party payments.
- Production of regular financial Management Information (MI) for stakeholders.
- Act as the key point of contact with our Finance Business Partners, working with them on activities Including: Cost allocations to the Business, analysis on our spend against budget. Manage the Annual Budgeting cycle and regular re-forecast of the Compliance total cost base. Manage and capture operational data from across Compliance, In order to assess current and future demand and capacity.
- Strong analytical skills, financial analysis
- Part qualified accountant / Accounting experience (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent etc.) would be ideal
- You must be able to demonstrate you have done similar activities of managing headcount and managing the budget
- Also manage data that supports the strategy
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; very strong Excel skills including xlookups, vlookups, sumifs
- Effective presentation skills to both a junior and senior audience.
