Provides a routine maintenance, site security and housekeeping service in accordance with a pre-determined schedule at allocated multi-occupancy dwellings throughout the City, keeping accurate records of inspections and liaising with tenants and other key partners as required.

The postholder will be allocated a work location within the City however they will require flexibility to cover colleagues throughout the city.
