    We are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join our Team in Westminster Contract based from Goldney Road, W9 2AR.

    About the Role

    Joining us as Site Supervisor, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI's. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

    The Site Supervisor will manage team performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities. You'll hold regular review meetings and coach, mentor and motivate staff, ensuring development needs are identified. You'll also be responsible for resolving any complaints, informing management, and implementing action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.

    About You

    Candidates will have the following attributes:

  • Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance background.
  • Competent and qualified to inspect scaffolding works and produce scaffold specifications.
  • Experience of managing works at height roofing, guttering balconies, external works and the rectification stages.
  • Operational management experience/service delivery in reactive maintenance - managing operatives and subcontractors' performance and KPIs
  • Good commercial acumen – understanding and delivery of profitability and cost control.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), or equivalent and sound knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.
  • Good communication skills ability to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • Good level of written English ability to write responses to complaints.
  • Good computer skills - IT literate.
  • Good project management skills you'll have excellent time management.
  • No hybrid working, must be able to work from main office located at Maida Vale.
  • We're looking for someone who has a compelling track record of asset / project management and delivering major works contracts, and who has a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work, committed to collaborative working with colleagues, suppliers, and residents alike.

    You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
