Description
Our client are specialists in business mobiles, landlines, VOIP and broadband operating across the UK.

With offices based around Yorkshire, they supply all sizes of business from micro businesses through to multi-site organisations with thousands of phones.

We are now supporting them to recruit for a Telecoms Operations Controller to join their growing team.

The role will involve taking responsibility for post-sales management of customers (principally mobile and VoIP) to include:

  • Managing and processing new mobile connections on network portals
  • Managing and processing renewals of existing connections
  • Assisting with the setup and configuration of VoIP installation (both online and onsite)
  • After care checks with new customers
  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with the above information
  • Dealing with customer problems

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 A Levels, degree, or higher diploma preferable
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Good level of numeracy
  • IT Skills preferably can demonstrate an interest in IT or Telecoms
  • Clean, full driving licence
  • Confident manner, both face to face and on the telephone
