£Our client is one of the most prestigious charities in the North West and they are seeking a Head of People and Culture as they set out their vision for the future.

This is a new post and will give the incumbent an opportunity to define, shape and mould the people strategy, and help drive forward the values culture and deliver organisational development opportunities.

Lead on the attainment and on-going management of Investors in People (IIP)
Develop an employer brand.
Lead organisational development opportunities and develop people plans.
Lead the people and culture team.
Develop, implement and interpret people and culture policies.
Implement performance management systems (PDRs)
Review, procure and implement a new HR information system.
