    We are super excited to bring to you the position of Regional Revenue Manager within our Revenue Team based at our London Support Office so if you're looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you

    Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

    • Revenue Management Strategies: Responsible for the implementation of the overall revenue management strategies within the region. Being an subject matter expert to the team and making sure that the current global corporate strategy is being implemented by the team while overviewing its processes and success.
    • Management: He/she will manage and discipline his/her team professionally, aligning the efforts to deliver the service according to the contracted service agreements with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. He/she is a mentor and a motivator to their team while coordinating and controlling the activities in the field of revenue management. Making sure the MHRM are creating hotel individual strategies with the goal of boosting revenue streams and maximizing KPI results. Trough regular performance reviews he/she ensures the professional quality level required to achieve the objectives.
    • Forecast: Responsible for initiating short- and long-term revenue forecasts identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
    • Training: Ensures that revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented and maintained. Support personnel development through trainings and courses for employees to ensure the professional quality level required to achieve the objectives.
    • Recruitment: The regional revenue manager supports the country director of revenue management with the recruitment of new revenue management experts for the RM on demand team.
    • Communication: Is in charge to be the contact between the country director of revenue management, other members of the commercial development team and the local teams. Coordinates the communication and ensures that information is clearly understood and instructions are applied accordingly.
    • Administration: Manage the administrational tasks related to the team.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in tourism industry
    • At least 3 years of experience in a full-time Senior RM position.
