    Right Management, both worldwide and in the United Kingdom, is pursuing an expansion plan in Talent Management services (leader coaching, leader assessment, leadership development).

    We want to capitalise on global digitalization investments on all our TM solutions (digital coaching, LXP, assessment platform) as well as regional or national growth ingredients (e.g., Leading with Impact framework, Data consolidation and visualisation, success profiles, team development, Talent acceleration development programmes).

    You will contribute to other essential aspects of the bid proposal, such as pricing, project organisation, project team etc.

    For such opportunities, the Principal Consultant may enlist the assistance of a senior consultant or consultant from the team to resource the business development cycle.

    In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of our TM business by capitalising on your personal / professional network, reaching out, nurturing your network and introducing our TM solutions.

    This will be especially true for more complex and strategic projects. You will be responsible for delegating to additional team members as needed (senior consultants or operations team).
    As a thought leader, you will collaborate with colleagues from other regions to exchange intellectual property and best practices to achieve our aim of being a worldwide provider of Talent

    As a senior leader and SME, the Principal Consultant will also be involved in wider meetings and initiatives, as well as playing a key role within the European Circle of Practice or global networks connecting to peers on expertise areas.

    The role includes the management of senior consultants and consultants on client projects and may include line management.
