What you'll be doing
You'll be supporting a growing team to run campaigns from end to end. Providing the team with invaluable insights regarding their target customer base, trends, and metric tracking.
This role requires you to find out the 'why' behind the number crunching. You'll get the chance to automate processes to track and report KPIs more efficiently. Alongside this, you will be working collaboratively with the Marketing Insights team to improveconsumer acquisition, engagement, and retention rates.

As the voice of the analytics within your marketing team, you will be able to work independently to analyse gathered data and present your insights back to senior stakeholders within the sector.


What experience you'll need to apply:


  • 2+ years working in a marketing focused environment
  • Minimum of 2+ years working as an Insight or Marketing Analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce or Adobe Campaign
  • Knowledge using data visualisation tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bonus for experience with Adobe Cloud Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders

What you'll get in return for your experience
A base salary up to £40,000 per annuum, plus a fantastic bonus and unbeatable pension.
