Internal Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to help with the smooth running of the sales and customer services team in a fast-growing manufacturer in Huntingdon.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with quotation and order processing.
- Being proactive in maximising conversions of quotes to orders.
- Answering phones in polite and courteous manner.
- Contacting customers with information on deliveries.
- Reporting on sales metrics to feed back to management.
- Administrative support for other areas of the sales teams as per business requirements.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive attitude a necessity.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Package:
- £21,000 per annum
- 30 days holiday (including public holidays)
