    DIGITAL DESIGNERSTART - ASAPDuration 6 months + Daily rate - 280DAY INSIDE IR35 VIA UMBRELLAMUST HAVE DIGITAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE WITHIN FASHION / RETAIL / OUTDOORSTHE ROLE - Day to day this role will focus on working with key stakeholders (Content, CRM, Brand) to deliver on strategic briefs, including homepages, emails and new landing pages.

    This role will also have an opportunity to feed into and influence key initiatives such as personalisation, A/B tests and driving a best user experience across the website.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day to day creation and management of on-site and email creative Day to day creation of creative, including but not limited to eCommerce websites and email.

    A close working relationship with the Content, CRM, Web Development and Marketing teams and support them by ensuring the designs are clear and provided on-time Export of PSD and/or Figma designs, ready to be shared with web development team for buildAct as a key point of contact for web developers to ensure designs adhere to the websites' functional capabilitiesDesign QA of web builds to ensure design standards are upheld and user experience is optimumEnsure creative adheres to brand guidelines across all platforms, meets local market needs and deadlinesEnsure web content and emails are platform-appropriate and in line with best practiceBe pro-active in suggesting improvements or opportunities – work with brief owners to further push our content and storytellingConsider the user journey and use problem solving abilities when designing assets and web pages to ensure best practice is metEnsure supplied translated copy is in place and consistent across all artworkPlay an active part in developing new concepts and ideas for all brands with regional design, development and brand teamsSupport the Senior Digital Designer in execution and delivery of briefs, as well as driving more holistic sitewide improvementsSkills and AbilitiesMultidisciplinary designer with a focus on digital.

    Expertise of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop. Ability to create animations is a plus.
    Proven experience using Figma is essential. A solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
    Attention to detail is essential.
    A good knowledge of asset packaging, optimisation and handover to development.
    Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML).Familiar with Agile processes.
    Strong photo editing skills.
    Ensure you have the relevant experience of all software programs/new technologies and constantly update your skills as required.
    Qualifications and ExperienceUX and UI design knowledge with experience areas of wireframing, geo-targeting, content localisation and personalisation.
    BA in Graphic Design or similar.2+ years proven design experience, ideally within eCommerce and fashion.
    Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud (Photoshop) and Figma are crucial.
    Skilled in designing and animating enriched content marketing for online web and paid media.
    Have up-to-date knowledge of latest UI/ UX principles in web design, mobile first and responsive design and technology trends.
    Strong understanding of competitor landscape and wider e-commerce trends.

    Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to easily liaise digital artwork creation to achieve the desired result.

    Good understanding of Brand and E-Commerce functions; the roles of teams within it etc.
    Experience in dealing with data and using that to form Design decisions and strategies. Ability to present findings in a concise and convincing way, as well as identify recommendations for improvement.
