A Supply Chain Manager is sought, to join a Bristol-based organisation. Hybrid role, salary in the region of £50-£58K p/a + benefits


As the Supply Chain Manager, you will drive product availability, stock, and cash flow performance by analysing key sales, supply chain, and data to inform the product lifecycle strategy.

You will establish best practices and processes for the supply chainfunction by working cross-functionally to highlight process improvements and drive change.


What you will do:


  • Proactively identify issues and appropriate Supply Chain Optimisation solutions to drive efficiency
  • Lead the delivery of supply chain initiatives and ensure key milestones are met
  • Develop and embed best practices across the commercial and supply chain teams
  • Convert supply chain data into Power BI reports and develop standard reporting metrics
  • Provide supply chain insights and intelligence for business KPIs and commercial reporting
  • Present easytounderstand solutions regarding complex supply chain problems
  • Partner with Supply Chain Analysts to perform deep dive analysis to find root causes and build solutions

Whom we are looking for:


This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded supply chain professional with proven success in identifying complex data to reduce costs and increase performance.

Comfortable reporting and presenting to Director level stakeholders you will possessexpert analytical and IT skillsets including Power BI.

  • A commercially minded Supply Chain professional with a proven track record of analysing complex data
  • Detailed knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting and S&OP
  • Able to convert complex sales and supply chain data into Power BI reports
  • Expert user of Excel and various IT and ERP systems
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to identify and implement cost reductions and process improvement
  • A strong communicator, able to present and report to senior stakeholders
  • Eligible to work and remain in the UK on an indefinite basis and willing to work onsite, 3 days per week

What is on offer:

Salary in the region of £50-£58K, + bonus, health, pension etc.

Hybrid working, typically 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote.
