This is a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Hire Paralegal to become part of an incredible team and gain more experience in investigating credit hire claims with a view to successfully repudiating the claims. You will predominately be handling your own case load of delegated authority claims which will include but not limited to credit hire cases, suspected credit hire fraud, liability investigations and bodily injury cases.This leading, national Defendant law firm is looking to hire a Credit Hire Paralegal to strengthen its team in Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity to investigate Complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic point. The role of the File Handler is to carry out complex & technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents. These claims will be up to £25,000 in value.
