We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our state-of-the-art Building Energy Management System solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

We are a Trend Technology Centre supplying and installing Trend BMS products and have agreements in place to sell and install Siemens BMS, Tridium BMS, Schneider BMS and JCI BMS.

You will be self-motivated & proactive with a strong desire to achieve in a sales environment.

We understand that you may not have any prior experience with BMS or if you do, you may not have any sales experience, we will provide full training both in house and externally to develop you into a strong sales person with the technical knowledge to back up your sales.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Building Services.
Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
~ Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
~ Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the building energy management sector
~ Collaborate with the technical team to provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
~ Phone, Laptop, and Vehicle provided or car allowance
