Role Overview:

As the Interim Head of Category, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a robust category management structure within the organisation.

Analyse the market, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within each category.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of category plans, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and placement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor category performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize category performance.
