What you'll be doing

Thames Water is undergoing significant business transformation spanning all areas of the organisation and as such the environment is fluid, challenging yet hugely rewarding.

One such area of change is within the Operations business where we have recently insourcedthe Repair & Maintenance organisation for the Water Networks function.

The Water Networks function manages all the work associated with maintaining and fixing the underground network of pipes that transport water to our customers.

The Project Manager (People) will lead all the "People" initiativeswithin the wider portfolio of change.

The role holder will need to be able to work with senior stakeholders across the business (both HR, Operations and Senior Managers), ensuring critical initiatives are well defined, justified and successfully managed to enable the realisation of the benefitsstated in the charters.

  • Change management experience in multimillionpound operational areas
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills to

What's in it for you?

You'll be contributing to and a leader in a programthat is fundamental to the success of Thames Water and one of our key business priorities for the next AMP.
This is an exciting and challenging time for our business as a whole and the water industry.

A backdrop of climate change and population growth is putting pressure on our existing water resources and in turn driving the need for a series of significant investmentsin our assets.

The projects we will develop and deliver in the next 5 to 15 years, will leave a legacy for future generations across London, the Southeast, and the UK.

.?For our office-based roles, we're moving to a hybrid approach with various optionsacross working from the home, office, and our sites.
