Slough
Salary:
£12-13 per hour
Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday - office based
Duration:
A temporary ongoing basis with a minimum of 6 weeks
Our client is seeking a temporary administrator to deal with the following duties.
Ideally you will have previous administration experience within a customer services environment and be IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel and other MicrosoftOffice packages.
You must be available to start immediately and able to commit to the whole assignment.Key Responsibilities
- Processing online sales through to order completion
- First line customer service support
- Liaising with Sales Managers to manage successful sales orders
- Financial administration returns process
- Stock enquiries
- Good aptitude to pick up processes and systems quickly
The role requires concentration and dedication in the training period - as there are multiple processes and multi region considerations to manage in the role.
