Our client are a global organization who are looking for an I&D & Engagement Manager who will lead the development, implementation and delivery of local I&D and wellbeing initiatives including the annual engagement cycle involving the employee Pulse Survey.
As part of this role, you will take an active role in overseeing, supporting and collaborating with employee-led networks and communities to ensure there is alignment with the I&D strategy and you'll be the first touch point for the allies network (BAME,LGBTQ+, Wellbeing and any new networks).
You will also review policies and practices to ensure they best reflect I&D best practice and UK law, including supporting with official reports such as Gender Pay Gap.
You will lead the entire annual engagement cycle including communication, data analysis and action planning and will ensure that there is a clear understanding of timelines, content and expectations of each survey.
