THE ROLE


We are building a team focused on delivering a world-class developer experience and have immediate openings for Technical Writers to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

You will join a newly formed team who will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use


OPPORTUNITIES

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Write easytounderstand product documentation and developer guides
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities
  • Help develop and implement documentation standards and design our developer experience

SKILLS

  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation (5+ years)
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Basic Graphics tools
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development environments preferred
  • Experience with APIs and API documentation and tools a huge plus
