    Description

    Job Purpose:
    To identify leads and opportunities to secure new recruitment opportunities within Public Sector clients
    To expand Jumars footprint in existing clients by developing new relationships with stakeholders

    To build effective and ongoing business relationships with Jumar's Client Services Directors and Customer Success Managers to identify, nurture and close opportunities for all lines of business - from newly acquired customers.

    To build and maintain knowledge of the core challenges and opportunities within the Jumar vertical markets and where Jumar's expanding capabilities can support those challenges and opportunities


    Main Responsibilities:
    To generate, qualify and progress opportunities within new and existing accounts. Working in close conjunction with the PS Director, Customer Success Managers and Marketing.

    To ensure that all relationships within these new accounts are fully developed and maximised to deliver ongoing business and pipeline.

    To become and be seen as a subject matter expert for Jumar's Public Sector service and product portfolio.
    Maintain detailed sales and account plans and pragmatically progress sales opportunities
    Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at C level, Director level and Management level (Delivery, HR and procurement) – identifying where additional relationship support is required, aligning the client's structure with Jumar's (Director to Director, Head of Delivery to Head of Delivery etc)
    Understand client's problem and combine Jumar's capabilities/LOB's to create a solution
    Ability to deliver presentations, proposals, RFP responses
    Networking (attendance at events, work a room)
    Stakeholder management
    Growing and developing a portfolio of accounts
    Create and maintain Account Plans


    Skills and Experience:

    Experience delivering technical recruitment services into the Public Sector – ideally resource augmentation, or teams under a managed service arrangement.

    Ability to build solid working relationships with Jumar and at all levels within the Jumar customer portfolio
    Track record of successful sales in an account development role
    A demonstrable ability to grow a pipeline of opportunity, and to translate that pipeline into sales that achieve/exceed target
    Proficient in presenting complex solutions offerings.
    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    High level of motivation with strong commitment to the achievement of long-term success by providing the highest levels of service to the customer base
