    Role Overview:


    As a Lead Architect specializing in Real-Time Analytics at KX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architectural design of our cutting-edge solutions for real-time data processing.

    Leveraging your expertise in real-time analytics and time-series databases, you will lead the development of scalable and high-performance architectures that meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance real-time analytics solutions utilizing KX technology.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architectural vision and roadmap for real-time analytics capabilities, aligning with product strategy and market demands.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
    • Drive innovation and optimization initiatives to address the challenges of processing large-scale time-series data efficiently.
    • Engage with stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring solutions meet market needs and expectations.
    • Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in real-time analytics and time-series databases, incorporating relevant technologies into the architectural strategy.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on real-time analytics and architecture design.
    • Strong background in developing and architecting real-time analytics solutions, preferably with experience in time-series databases.
    • Proficiency in relevant technologies for real-time analytics, such as KX, Kafka, Spark, Flink, and real-time visualization tools.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing
