Marketing Executive

Salary:
£30,000 per annum


Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


Key responsibilities
Working across all marketing disciplines, you will carry out a wide variety of marketing activities, with your key responsibilities to include:

  • Managing on-going updates and further developments to the Møller Institute website, including SEO, to help improve the user journey and generate business opportunities.
  • Assisting with paid digital marketing campaigns such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Designing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and working with colleagues to ensure the guidelines are followed on materials throughout the Institute, maintaining consistency of the brand to support the Møller Institutes premium position within the marketplace.
  • Working closely with the business development team to assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals.
  • Working with colleagues to prepare written content, including press releases.
  • Creating and analysing marketing reports to help measure ROI and support future marketing plans.
  • Working with multiple external agencies in relation to video production, marketing material designs, website developments and printing.
  • Developing and implementing a social media strategy to help support marketing activity.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate data within the marketing elements of the CRM system.
  • Carrying out competitor research to assist with decision making for product developments.


You will be a driven marketing professional, highly motivated and looking for your next step within an exciting and wide-ranging marketing position.

With experience of multi-channel marketing, you will be well organised and driven to succeed.


Essential skills and experience

  • Previous marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience of developing and implementing successful content marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or a similar platform
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Knowledge and experience of working with WordPress
  • Marketing experience within the executive education sector
  • Good knowledge and experience of Adobe products, in particular InDesign and Photoshop
  • An interest in video editing
  • Experience of implementing social media campaigns
  • Creative flair for designing marketing materials inhouse and when briefing external agencies
