£29,000 - £39,000 DOE + benefits**Our Client is currently looking for a Scrub Practioner (Theatre Nurse OR ODP) to join their theatre team in Hertfordshire as a Theatre Scrub Practitioner to provide a high standard of individualised patient care as part of the clinical team.

This particular service is performing GOOD with the CQC and holds an excellent reputation offering healthcare in a variety of specialities including Orthopaedics, Neurology, Gynaecology and Cosmetics

As a Theatre Practitioner as the hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs.

Youwill actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

Ideally you will be a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with extensive Scrub experience and be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Scrub
Experience preferably in orthopaedics, gynaecology and cosmetics
Registered with the NMC or HCPC
Genuine interest in working in a theatre/ surgical setting

As a Theatre Practitioner salary will be £29,000 - £39,000 per annum + excellent benefits package and 35 days A/L Orthopaedic experience will gain higher end of salary bracket
