    Role: Senior CDM Advisor

    Location: Leeds (projects across Yorkshire and surrounding region)

    Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits package

    WRG are supporting a property & construction consultancy who have ambitious growth plans, our client has been established for over 20 years and they offer a range of professional services (project management, cost management, building surveying and CDM/ PD) to a diverse client base across the UK, the business is now looking to further develop its Leeds office.

    The business has been appointed on a range of construction projects across Yorkshire to offer a CDM/ PD service to clients in the residential, education, commercial, retail, leisure, heritage, hotel and mixed-use sectors. The business supports Architects, Residential developers and Tier One Contractors on these projects to ensure CDM and BSA compliance.

    The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business who puts there employees first.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offer a range of CDM/ PD services to clients.
    • Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, along with offering input in relation to safety in design.
    • Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
    • Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
    • Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place.
    • Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.

    Requirements:

    • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
    • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
    • Member of IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
    • Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
    • Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
