    Sales Assistant

    Location: Croydon

    Salary: 37,000 per annum, plus OTE 45,000

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    Role Overview:

    We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the coffee industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
    • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the coffee industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities. This role is primarily focused on sales
