    The successful candidate will work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload.

    You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.


    • Applicants should have at least three years' PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.
    • You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
