Job Purpose


To be appointed as Temporary Works Coordinator and take responsibility for managing the requesting, reviewing and installation of temporary works designs.


To monitor the quality of the installation and construction of works and prepare, maintain & collate final documentation for each project for the Company's records and / or submission to clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • Civil engineering degree
  • Temporary Works Coordinator
  • CSCS
  • SSSTS
  • Confined Spaces

Desirable Qualifications

  • CPCS
  • Appointed Persons
  • First Aid
  • AutoCAD
  • SMSTS

Responsibilities:


  • Review of Project requirements and production of Temporary Works Design brief
  • Technical and buildability review of Temporary Works Designs
  • Quality Control of Temporary Works installation and required modifications, including production of design registers and required permits
  • Production and maintenance of Inspection Test Plans
  • Setting out and dimensional control of the works
  • Produce accurate 'asbuilt' drawings of the constructed works
  • Recording data and maintaining site records
  • Be conversant and up to date with relevant legislation on construction issues
  • Actively promote the Company to existing and new clients
