    Service Desk AnalystSearchDATA Group have partnered with a law firm that lives and breathes innovation.

    Operating out of Liverpool, they intend to grow their office into a hub for their services throughout the whole of the UK.

    Becoming the first line of support for all hardware and software issues.


    Responsibilities:

    • Resolving 1st line support tickets
    • Providing ideas for improvements that could be made to the quality of service

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ Year of experience in service desk support roles Experience in Microsoft Exchange Previous experience with legal tech/document management systemsBenefits:
