What are we looking for?


Elis Newton Abbot have a great opportunity to join their management team as a Nightshift Production Manager, this position is expected to lead, manage and continually develop the production teams in the achievement of functional objectives that support theSite/Plant and Company Business Plan.

Work closely with the engineering, service, and logistics teams to continuously improve site overall effectiveness ensuring utilisation of production facilities, people development and a lean culture.


What do you need to have to apply?

  • Production, manufacturing, or logistics experience in a fastmoving, shiftbased environment.
  • Be able to effectively plan, organise and coordinate resources to meet production needs.
  • Knowledge of change management and lean continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Line management experience and the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • IT skills
  • Flexibility with working hours (max 40 hours per week)
