Established in 1994 we have built an enviable national reputation for quality and customer service for outsourced payroll with auto enrolment services.

We are in a time of huge growth and are therefore looking to expand our payroll team.


With a dedicated training & development programme you will be able to build on your existing skills and progression within the company is encouraged.


We are currently looking for someone who is available to work full time hours in the latter half of the month, but less hours in the first half of the month, in order to support the majority of our clients who pay at month end.


Our payroll staff work flexibly from home, and hours can be varied to suit the individual as long as business needs are met.


Skills and experience:


  • You will be working on many payrolls of varying sizes and would ideally have experience with Iris Payroll Professional software.
  • You will be dealing with endtoend payroll, including payroll journals, importing/exporting csv files, holiday pay, statutory deductions and auto enrolment.
  • You will be dealing with payroll queries and will need to demonstrate strong payroll legislation knowledge as well as the ability to establish good working relationships with your client base.
  • You will need to be comfortable working in Excel and have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a bureau environment.
  • You will need to be selfmotivated, professional and adaptable as you will be expected to work independently from home.
  • Good organisational and communication skills are a must.
You will need to have your own PC and a good broadband connection.
