    AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious Clients based in Atherstone, for a Sales Director (Hospitality/Events Industry/Modular Temporary Buildings) to join their growing business.
    RARE OPPORTUNITY - This a hands on position to drive the Clients Business forward, leading the way.

    Term – PermanentSalary - £40000 to £65000 per annum – Very flexible based upon ExperienceWorking Hours - Days (Monday to Friday) / Flexible Start Time (No Work from Home initially) Start Date – ASAPMy client is ideally looking for an Experienced Ideally looking for self-motivated, lead generating BDM to work on their own intuition, and generate new business sales within the hospitality industry.

    The ideal candidate would have a lead base already within the industry, be strong and proven at turning Cold Leads into Warm Leads – unlocking revenue streams not only within the Hospitality Industry and New Verticals.


    Client Overview:
    This Business is a leader within the Modular, Temporary Structure, and Events Industry, supplying not only to the Hospitality Industry but to many other sectors

    Duties Include:

    • Cold calling and lead generate when enquiries are low in numbers.
    • Working alongside the existing Sales Team the client has in place, who is strong at servicing the calls and seeing enquiry through to invoice.
    • Presenting the Clients services to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Innovating the Clients operation to ensure profit maximisation.
    • Identifying cross selling opportunities.
    • Work with management team to hit quarterly targets.
    • Must be 'hands on' and lead by example

    Required Experience:

    • Experienced BDM or Sales Director within the Hospitality, Events or Temporary Building/Modular Industry
    • A positive 'can do' enthusiastic attitude towards addressing issues and challenges and able to lead by example
    • Self-Driven
    • Strong existing relationship within the Sector
    • Proven to be very reliable in the past with excellent time keeping
