    The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 08.30 to days & day.

    Band 6- Anti-coagulant Nurse

    Based NHS GGC (Citywide)

    The Anticoagulant Nurse is responsible for carrying out Nurse-led Anticoagulant clinics within hospital outpatient settings, carrying out clinics within outreach centres and undertaking domiciliary visits within GG&C under the managerial direction from Team leaders and Lead Nurse with consultant haematologist support.

    This particular role will be working for GCAS, primarily covering Inverclyde/Vale of Leven and Clyde areas with the possibility of having to cover Glasgow clinics to cover staff absence.

    To take responsibility for nurse-led hospital based clinics and outreach clinics and to participate as an autonomous practitioner in hospital based clinics.

    Clean Driving Licence with own car is essential.
