    WHAT TO EXPECT

    We are on an exciting journey to increase our Business Agility and it is within this that we are looking to recruit an Agile Coaches.

    As an Agile coach you will play a role in guiding teams through they Agile Journey. You will work closely with Teams and Stakeholders to instill Agile Principles and practices, foster a culture on continuous improvement and drive Business Agility

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will mentor and coach Squads on Agile methodologies to enhance their knowledge, capabilities and mindset. This will be reinforced in coaching sesions and workshops and academies.
    Alongside this, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, priorities , and expectations and identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive Continuous Improvements

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    The right person will have a core skill set in Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training.

    The successful candidate will be able to show experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks, Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices, Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid)

    You will also posess the below skills:

  • Knowledge of Scaled methodologies and tools
  • Extensive experience in an Agile Coaching / Agile transformation role
  • Demonstrable Agile Delivery of several Projects / Products.
  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Experience of working with distributed teams (outsourced, remote site).
  • Familiarity of working with technical teams and business teams.
  • Sound experience of using data to make decisions. Burn down charts, maturity indicators, etc.
  • Experience of working at senior management level and show leadership
