    • AssistEuropean customers via phone chat and email addressing inquiriestroubleshooting issues and providing productguidance.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customerconcerns.
    • Maintainaccurate and detailed records of customer interactions andresolutions.

    Thesuccessful candidate will be subjected to background verificationin compliance with the national legislation and market standards.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience ina presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the ITindustry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions,including IT security, service management, endpoints management andmonitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborateeffectively with prospective clients, customers and internalstakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with akeen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with theability to work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet withclients and attend industry events
