Based in Edinburgh, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to help drive our growth and penetrate new market segments.

Client Visits:
Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs, showcase our innovative payment solutions, and secure sales
Sales Development:
Partner with team members to cultivate new sales leads, moving prospects through the sales pipeline effectively
Cold Calling:
Utilize cold calling and other proactive prospecting methods to generate new business opportunities
Market Analysis:
Perform detailed market analyses to track trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify areas for expansion
Sales Strategy:
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that are aligned with our growth objectives
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, contributing to the overall success of our team
Reporting:
Regularly report to management on sales results, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
£35,000 per annum, with the potential for rapid advancement based on performance.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £76,000 year one
Car Allowance/Company Car:
A company car or a car allowance is provided to facilitate client visits and market coverage
