    Description
    We are Propeller - a 360° digital agency delivering exceptional online experiences.

    We form strategic digital partnerships with a broad array of clients with a focus on the hospitality, luxury and lifestyle sectors.

    We're a group of friendly, passionate people who care about our clients, our work and each other, whilst using exciting tech to help big and small brands grow online.

    We will expect you to work in a hybrid model, working from our London office 3 days a week.

    Chat directly to our clients from a number of exciting brands & help us to deliver interesting website projects & improvements.

    Ensure that all project meetings run smoothly by setting agendas, taking minutes and sending action logs to clients.

    Work across the lifespan of each of your projects, producing materials such as kick-off decks, timelines, weekly updates, risk logs.

    Work closely with our team of designers & developers to ensure we deliver high quality work on time and within budget.

    Be a key member of our Project Management team, providing regular status updates to the Project Delivery Director.
    Experience in a similar client-facing or coordination roleA keen interest in the online digital worldIntuitive thinker who is willing to work autonomouslyWilling to take on new challenges & step outside of your comfort zoneWilling to bring your own ideas to the tableA great verbal and written communicatorExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailIt would be beneficial if additionally you had:Good understanding of how an agency operatesExperience with websites or content management systems (WordPress / Shopify)
