Position:
Supervisor - Tutoring and Operations

As a Supervisor at Bright Young Things Tuition, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our centre.

This role is perfect for individuals who are not only enthusiastic about tutoring but are also adept at handling operational responsibilities with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the friendly and approachable face of the centre, welcoming parents and students, and addressing enquiries.
Oversee daily centre operations, including managing schedules, creating rosters, and maintaining a wellorganized environment.
Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding are upheld.

Qualifications:

A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a passion for inspiring young minds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational abilities to manage both tutoring sessions and operational tasks.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with safeguarding protocols and regulations.
