The Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and employees to improve & align the company's strategy to business strategy
• Acts as a change agent through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
• Provides day-to-day coaching, counselling and guidance to management on a variety of actions
• Execute supply and demand analysis on current and future performance management cycle and talent acquisition strategies
• Handle staff grievances or disciplinary issues
• End-to-end recruitment activities for the Company

The Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Good knowledge in HR matters such as policies and employment laws
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
