- Work closely with management and employees to improve & align the company's strategy to business strategy
- Acts as a change agent through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
- Provides day-to-day coaching, counselling and guidance to management on a variety of actions
- Execute supply and demand analysis on current and future performance management cycle and talent acquisition strategies
- Handle staff grievances or disciplinary issues
- End-to-end recruitment activities for the Company
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Good knowledge in HR matters such as policies and employment laws
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
