Human Resources Operations Manager

Castlefield Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Public Sector organisation based in the West of England that requires an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager on a permanent basis.

The organisation offers an excellent Public Sector pension option, combined with a hybrid working model.

Reporting into the Associate Director of Human Resources, the post holder will be responsible for leading the HR Advisory Team and delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation.

Act as the front-line contact for key stakeholders, building effective working relationships and promoting positive and timely communication with internal and external partners
# Provide robust and effective day to day line management for the People Advisory Team; Provide subject matter expertise to organisation's management on complex and sensitive issues in accordance with best practice, policies and procedures and legislation
# Develop and lead on specific Employee Relations initiatives, projects and systems
# Develop and implement policies to support the overall People & OD strategy

Significant experience in an operational HR role
Experience interpreting and advising on Local and National terms and conditions, policies and procedures
Good understanding and practical experience of managing equality, diversity and inclusion issues
