    We are seeking a superstar candidate to join a lovely and busy team. This is a varied position which includes EA support, Office Management, and client and event responsibilities.

    It would suit someone who has worked in a start-up or similar environment and is used to managing many tasks at a time, as well as being able to pivot as priorities change.

    Someone with a positive attitude and energy would work well in this role.
    The successful candidate will support all aspects of the day-to-day running of the office and the team's requirements. It needs an individual who is highly organised, loves wearing any hat and is happy to get stuck in.

    You must be adept in managing multiple priorities, autonomous and proactive in ensuring the efficient completion of tasks, and work with the team to manage priorities and deadlines.

    Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administration support to the team including complex calendars across time zonesSeamlessly coordinate both domestic and international complex travel arrangementsAnswering calls and enquiries; meeting and greeting visitorsCreate and implement processes and systems to elevate the efficiency of administrative processesSupport with marketing administrationOverseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the officeEnsuring the office is kept to a high standard for visitorsOverseeing relationships with cleaning maintenance and office supplierManaging meeting roomsAssisting with technical issues, dealing with conference software and equipment etc.

    Ordering and maintaining office supplies e.g. coffee, stationery etc.

    Support the team with client eventsTake diligent notes and highlight key actions and follow-upsResearching and managing budgets attached to eventsCollaborating with the team to support various projects and initiatives demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Requirements8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant - C-Suite / high-level support (essential)Experience in office management and facilities maintenance (essential)Start-up / Venture Capital or Finance experience favouredExcellent knowledge of London venues and restaurants and demonstrated experience coordinating eventsGood understanding of IT for conferences etc.
