- Responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs, connected with all aspects of your specialist trade and any secondary trades.
- Undertake improvement works to care homes and other residential sites.
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times and in accordance with relevant statutory obligations.
- Joinery knowledge and general all round construction knowledge.
- Tiling and/or decoration expertise is advantageous.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Good work ethic and willingness to travel as they cover large parts of the UK with projects.
