    Salary from £59,670 to £69,092 pa with potential to progress to £76,562 pa inclusive of London allowance
    An exciting opportunity has arisen for Head of Catering at LSE.

    Catering services is an important part of the student and staff experience at LSE, with a turnover of circa £8m, 12 catering outlets including 3 restaurants and 9 cafes, 4 catered halls of residence, 2 public houses, a merchandise shop, Hospitality Service, and a team of 150 staff.

    We are seeking to recruit a motivated catering professional to build on our successes and lead on implementing our catering strategy.

    The successful candidate will have knowledge/experience of high street branded operations/Hotel/Hospitality/Catering of a similar size to LSE Catering Services.

    You will have experience of working with and influencing senior management, be able to provide direction and inspirational leadership along with proven management skills to motivate staff.

    Innovation in service offerings is an essential element of the role. We are keen to hear from candidates about their experiences in innovation and food trends in hospitality.

    The successful candidate will further develop our catering offerings ensuring they are healthy and nutritious as well as providing value for money.

    You must be successful in delivering customer excellence. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
