- Salary £17-£20 per hour (depending on experience)

- Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Program, set up, and operate a 5-axis CNC mill to produce machined parts.
- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks according to our internal quality system.
- Work meticulously, paying close attention to workmanship.
- Meet set efficiency targets.
- Operate in accordance with company health & safety policies in the workshop environment.
- Always operate safely and responsibly.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
- Be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader within reason and capability.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to write and edit programs on CNC milling machinery.
- Experience with Fanuc i-series controls.
- Previous experience working to quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Demonstrated strong timekeeping and attendance record.
