Agency Reference Number: 68086**Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS company who are looking for a Children's Commissioner and CETR Project Lead.

Below is a brief synopsis on the role;

Rate:
Inside IR35 £217.60 £26.26 = £243.86 PAYE or £272.69 Umbrella


DBS required

Day to day duties include:


  • Working at an advanced practitioner level, act as a role model and clinical expert providing advice, support and consultation to develop the knowledge and skill in the workforce (clinical and nonclinical staff)
  • Provide strategic leadership, assisting the development and implementation of the keyworker function for children and young people who are autistic, have a learning disability or both and their families/carers
  • Ensure effective use of Dynamic Support Registers to deliver the keyworker function using RAG system based on needs and risks to ensure fair access to CETRs, keyworkers and other admission avoidance resources
  • Embed Dynamic Support Registers and utilise to maintain oversight of admissions and to commission services that will help children and young people who are autistic, have a learning disability or both to avoid hospital
  • Encourage, influence and facilitate a range of professionals and colleagues to develop practice that is childfocused, healthpromoting and evidencebased. The post holder will deliver service improvement, creating consistent performance across the ICS.The post holder will also develop a culture of continuous improvement across the system by working with colleagues, some of whom may be resistant to changing practices
